Dr. Chris Belfry is a coach and teacher who helps awaken the healer within. He has dedicated his life to helping people understand and heal their physical and emotional traumas.
Chris Belfry was always driven to help people, even as a child. After a serious car accident, he felt an inner knowing that he was meant to help even more. He pursued an education in exercise science and learned about the power of the placebo effect. He then looked into chiropractic, learning several techniques and creating his own. Through asking why questions, he discovered the emotional aspect of healing, and that some people were holding onto traumas from their childhood. He now helps people understand how to be the inner healer, and how their thoughts and emotions can affect their body and overall health.
